Yak and cow milk, salt, lime juice; yak chews are very hard cheese made by a consortium of about 700 farmers in the Himalayans. Milk is boiled and fat separated to make chews that are essentially fat free (<1%). Milk is pressed, smoked and sun baked for 2-3 months.
